What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on the model and customization. Standard models start from 1,000 pcs per model per color. Tell us your target and we will share the exact MOQ in our reply.
Can you do OEM / ODM?
Yes. We support logo printing, packaging design, color matching, firmware tweaks and feature adjustments. NDA is signed before any custom project begins.
Do you provide samples?
Sample fee depends on the model and is refundable against bulk order. Sample lead time is typically 3–7 business days.
