A Dialog DA14531 ultra-low-power SoC and a 16 mAh pure-cobalt cell deliver 7–9 days of normal use, topped up in about two hours by the magnetic charging case. Heart rate, blood oxygen and sleep run continuously in the Jring app, and a gesture lets the ring fire your phone camera shutter or scroll short-video feeds without touching the screen.
