The case is the power bank
Most AI glasses ask you to choose between battery life and something you would actually wear. EGL-105 sidesteps the trade by putting the spare capacity somewhere useful: a lychee-grain leather case with a suede-like lining that stores the glasses and charges them at the same time. At 1400 mAh it refills the 290 mAh frame roughly four times over, and two metal magnetic buttons keep the flip lid shut in a bag.
Behind the lens sits a 13 MP Sony IMX219. It shoots the view you are actually looking at, in 1200p, with EIS anti-shake holding the frame steady while you move — up to twelve minutes in a single clip. One hidden button on the rear of the frame handles power, shutter, recording and calls; a second reach of the slide-touch temple takes care of volume.
The assistant runs on a dual-chip platform: JL7018F6 for audio and Bluetooth, Allwinner V821 carrying the AI and imaging load. Ask it a question, point it at something and have it explain what it sees, or let it translate speech in real time across 38 languages in four modes — including simultaneous interpretation and AI meeting minutes. One spoken wake word, “Hey Jack”, brings it up without touching the frame.
Audio comes from a 1609 hi-fi speaker with dual-mic noise reduction, with five sound-effect modes and custom EQ in the OneAI Glass app. Wear detection pauses playback the moment the glasses come off. For OEM and ODM programmes, lens type, case leather and colour, branding and manual language are all open for tailoring.
